I take great great care of all items i sell but i can't be held responsible of minor damages caused by poor packaging on supplier's side. Obviously in case of great damages i will send you pictures before shipping and if you don't like what you see i will try to get a replacement and if it's not possible i will issue a full refund.
While i have already been charged and my pre order confirmed sometimes suppliers accept too many orders and will cancel my item, it's very rare but it can happen.
All informations provided like artworks, languages, etc... may change before release date.
